Privacy Policy

TheBoschStore.com does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship product to you, and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information like your credit card, is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.

Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out email campaigns to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running.

Unlike other stores who may use outside companies to host their systems and their servers, we control 100% of our systems, and at no time is anyone outside our companies privy to your data or information.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 15 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. Freight is not refundable.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of damage from delivery.

A 15% Restocking fee may apply, however, we do exist to serve our customers, so if there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us before returning it.

Customer is responsible for return freight.
